TRAUMA + SOUL LOSS + SELF CARE
Wednesdays Nov 11 + 18 | 7-9pm
Trauma is defined by anything that overwhelms the body's ability to cope, at any given time.
The root of most limiting self beliefs and dis-associative patterns lie in the imbalances caused by unprocessed traumas and internalized wounds born from the formative experiences of this lifetime, internalized systemic and cultural beliefs, and the loss of severed ancestry.
Left un-integrated, these imbalances crystallize, taking up space in our body and energy field, displacing our Spirit and causing physical and emotional manifestations.
This class explores both the neuroscience and the spirituality of trauma, how we hold it in our bodies, and tools for integration and self-care.
